What happens during a boiler service? 

During your boiler service our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out a boiler service, we make sure that your boiler is thoroughly tested and inspected. We also ensure that your boiler is functioning as close to 100% efficiency as possible and remove any build-up of dust and debris. Following the completion of all the necessary tests checks and inspections as long as the boiler meets our requirements, we will be happy to issue a Gas Safe certificate. 

How often should I get my boiler serviced? 

Boilers should be serviced at least once per year. Not only will this keep your warranty valid but it will ensure the safety of your house and keep your monthly bills lower. Furthermore, if you are a landlord, you are required by law to service any gas appliances in your property every year or whenever you have a new tenant. How long does it take to carry out? 

We try to carry out our servicing promptly and aim to service your boiler within 30-40 minutes but this is entirely situation-dependent and if there are issues with your boiler it may take longer.
